CENTER FOR FOOD INTEGRITY FEATURED AT AG UNITED ANNUAL MEETING
National Consumer Survey results to be presented at December 9th lunch
SIOUX FALLS, SD – Agriculture United for South Dakota is pleased to announce that Matt Sutton-Vermeulen will be the featured speaker at the 4th Annual Ag United lunch. The lunch meeting is being held at the Sioux Falls Ramkota Inn on Tuesday, December 9, 2008.
“We are pleased that Matt will be presenting the results of the 2008 Consumer Trust Survey at our annual luncheon,” said Steve Dick, Executive Director for Ag United. “The consumer survey is a great opportunity for South Dakota farm families to gain a better understanding of users of their products, the consumer,” added Dick.
More than 2,000 consumers from across the nation participated in the annual survey by the Center for Food Integrity. The 2008 survey included an over sampling of South Dakota consumers.
The Center for Food Integrity was established in 2007 to increase consumer trust and confidence in the contemporary U.S. food system. Their primary mission is to promote dialogue, model best practices,
