Open house and free pork loin feed at Moody County Dairy July 7

SIOUX FALLS, SD –Agriculture United for South Dakota and the Midwest Dairy Association will be hosting an open house and free pork loin feed at Mossings Dairy in Moody County on Saturday, July 7. Visitors at the open house will be able to tour Moss and Ingrid Jopson’s new 650 cow dairy before animals are brought in.

“We appreciate the importance of agriculture in South Dakota, and are pleased to have this opportunity to recognize our state’s dairy families,” said Steve Dick, Ag United Executive Director.

“Moss and Ingrid and their family are excited about showcasing their new dairy to the community,” added Dick.

The open house and pork loin feed will run from 10:00 am–1:00 pm on July 7 at Mossings Dairy.

Mossings Dairy is located from Interstate 29, Exit 109: 1.5 miles east, 1.5 miles north on 474th Ave., and 1/4 mile east on 233A St. From Flandreau, 5.5 miles west on Highway 32, 3.5 miles south on 474th Ave., and 1/4 mile east on 233A St. Watch for the signs.
